World of Warcraft is 5 Years old! I don't know the exact day that it happened, but when I logged in last night I was greeted with an ingame mail from the "Dev Team". Not thinking much of it, I waited a little while before making my way over to a mailbox in a city and lo and behold, there was a GIFT from the Dev team for little old me! It is a very nice baby dragon that flies next to you as a pet, and I'm quite happy they decided to give these out to everyone to commemorate this event! Grats to all WoW gamers who got one, and bigger Grats to Blizzard for 5 glorious years !! WTG  |

"HALF of the Global Online Game Market next year: Belongs to China" In this interesting article at the Wall Street Journal Blog site, they note a report from a Beijing-based 3rd party data analysis firm in Chinese. After seeing the "16 year old" Chinese gymnasts take home gold at the Olympics, I'm not so sure I'm into believing this data at all, considering the source. They say that China's online game market will reach 41 billion yuan by 2010, or $6 billion US. Also very interesting in the article is the fact that they say 2/3 of China's 338 million Web users are now online game players. How do they find time to build all those product we import?
